Can you build a custom chatbot for my website and WhatsApp?
Yes — it is included in the Scale plan. You write a brief and upload your brand documents (PDF, Word, Excel, slides or images, up to 25 files at 5MB each, or shareable links for anything too large), and our team builds the chatbot. You get back an endpoint URL, an API key, an HTML snippet to paste before your closing body tag, and a step-by-step guide with working code for WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Messenger, Instagram, or any platform that can call a REST API. Only the website is a single paste — the chat apps need a webhook you host, and the code for it is supplied.
Can the chatbot answer my own team instead of my customers?
Either — it is the same build, and the documents you upload decide who it is for. Upload your price list, brochures and public policies and it answers customers on your website or WhatsApp. Upload your handbooks, SOPs and internal rate cards and it answers your own staff in Slack or behind your login. If you want both, brief two bots and keep the internal documents out of the customer-facing one.
Is the chatbot a builder I have to configure myself?
No. There is no flow builder, no diagram editor and no prompt engineering. You write the brief in plain English, a person builds it, and you watch it move through six statuses with a message thread on every chatbot so thin briefs get a question rather than a guess. Nothing is marked live until there is a real endpoint you can install.
Can I change the chatbot after it is delivered?
